You don't have to be the cheapest product to compete. My best selling products are also the most expensive products in my niche. It comes down to perceived value. If people see your price is higher, give them a reason why. Make sure your packaging is not just great, It should be amazing.

hire copyright lawyer to do a quick research. Check trademarkia.com also google your keyword and see who might be selling related to it and close to it, what domains are free etc.

1. Post top shared post (inspired message etc) and boost it to collect many COMMENTS. the engament must be FOR COMMENTS ! Very important.

Name your top challenge for this year?"

2. Once you have at least 100 comments on the post, run trust msg with welcome message asking something! important to ASK something. ex "Hi there! thank you for commenting my post!! By the way Whats your beloved dog name?"

they use facebook api, if you dont spam or abuse i dont see why you should get in trouble... they simply post messanges in FB messanger on your behalf. Never spam and make sure you are relevant! then you'll be fine! works great for me.

Andres, what "this"? Shopify drop shipping model works worldwide of course and chinese suppliers ship worldwide.. AMazon FBA works wit many countries as well (not all). But you can sell on AMazon USA for example even if you dont live in usa. its not a problem!

Hey guys, thanks for the great course! Dont know how to say, but I have a strong thinking within myself, that it is too late to start. I know that this will probably be only a belief. Any ideas for helping me with this issue?
I am also looking for products but it's really hard to find something with the criterias the course is telling me.
What about you guys? Are you thinking similar or I am the only one here? :)

hi Jan and welcome. "is it too late" is the common fear of everyone that is getting started. What you really fear is "is it too much competition? what if my product does not fit all the criteria"? The truth is, there will be never an ideal product that fits ALL criteria. Criteria is an indication for you in which direction to look, but it does not mean that you must find ideal product that fits ALL criterias at the same time. This will never be the case.

This year is amazing time to start ecommerce, because so many new tools are developed and released and with new amazon review policies it's getting harder for low quality sellers just to buy tons of 5 star reviews and flood the market like it was last year. So i think it's getting even easier for people to stand out when most of those low quality sellers are banned for incentivize reviewes.

The great place to start looking for ideas is "Niche finder tool". http://sellslikehotcakes.co/niche_finder.php for example who know that baby towels or corner flags might be a great idea to sell? This will give you great ideas on how to find a product!

How do you know if the Traffic is Warm hot or cold? I want to launch an AD right away can i just start targeting my niche with different variations of ads right away as i am not looking for comments etc just sales. The FB ADS training is a little unclear.

hi James. The traffic that never saw your brand is a cold one. Imagine you have a spokeperson that is doing all the selling in the video. So to warm up the traffic, people need to know more about him and get used to see him as a head of community, as expert in your niche, so they start to buy from him.

If you do "everything store" without a leading actor or a good story, then another approach can be used, for example contest giveaway, or buy 1 get 1 free, or flash sale or "free just pay for shipping gift" etc.
