My Amazing China Trip!!

Hi guys!

I just returned back from my China trip, and I must confess… that was such an amazing and eye-opening experience, to be able to see the REAL China, to break stereotypes, to meet my Chinese partners and sourcing agents.  We also had a chance to meet the famous Manuel Becvar, the creator of the first FBA Udemy course about the French press. What a great guy! He is an expert on sourcing in Hong Kong.

I had a great opportunity to get in-depth insights into Chinese whitelabelling business. I even visited and FILMED several factories for you! So you will see my journey and hopefully follow and take action as well and start your own successful business in China!

We also had a chance to visit Canton fair, the biggest industrial fair in the world with over 45,000 factories showing their newest products to potential FBA sellers from all over the world! We filmed everything so we could give you real-life insights on how we select the product and the questions we ask!

It will take me a couple of months to cut all the material and prepare the videos, but once it is ready, you will be first to receive them! Stay tuned and enjoy our course! Remember I develop these courses in my spare time when I’m not selling, the courses don’t really bring me any money, since they are capped at such a low price, so my main profit only comes from selling itself, that’s why I’m a little slow on cutting the videos so bear with me 🙂

Just make sure you don't stuck in "research" stage for too long. When I started I kept researching far too long and missed a hot summer sale season for my summer products. There is never ideal product with no competition and perfect conditions. Just TAKE ACTION and START SELLING!

And don't put all eggs in one basket. Launch several products (ideally related) to build a brand quickly + Build your LIST!

Im new to dropshipping... If you do dropshipping and sell more than one item on the same order, it can happen that the items are from different suppliers, how do you handle the shipping issue of 2 packages with your customers?

Not a problem.. tell they are shipped from different warehouses.. Even amazon does that.. The customer does not care.
Or the forwarder can receive goods and consolidate orders..

There are many advertising networks allowing you to start a retargeting campaign for your online store. Facebook, Google, Twitter. Use retargeting apps such as Rontar (for retargeting on Google) and RetargetApp and Shoelace (for Facebook retargeting).

Dont be discarded about drop shipping there are lots of people have succeeded in drop shipping, my advice drop ship is good when you do it internationally. I have no problems with international customers.

You can reduce the delivery time.. Try DHL, i pass the cost to the consumer, i find consumer will pay the xtra amount to get the instant gratification they seek in online shopping.. Or find domestic suppliers..
It is Ok to use AlieExpress - just make sure that your customers know about the delivery times and the reason is because all products are made to order and direct from the factory.
Then scale up and move slowly to FBA once you know what sells best for your store and fullfill via amazon prime!

Bottom line you dont need 5k to get started with ecommerce. Start your Shopify store or simply do teelaunch business or even Amazon FBA WITHOUT whitelabelling ! Tons of oppotunities!

There is no specific answer to this. You know Amazon itself is "everything store" and they are very successful. At the same time a lot of shopify stores are "one product only" or "one niche only". If you target specific niche (like pugs lovers, pug owners for example) then your store should have only products for pugs, because if they see the product for bulldog, they will be frustrated and leave). I hope it helps, but there is no RIGHT or WRONG way here.

I would suggest

1. If you go with "everything store" then research top competitor everything stores and make sure to sell similar products by similar prices. This will reduce chance of failure.

2. If you go specific niche, again use competitor spy tools and find out best selling products in competitor stores and duplicate them.
