On shopify you can increase your profits margins by increasing your prices, as your visitors cant compare your offer to competitor offers like on Amazon and pick cheapest.
Moreover you can build your list and drive your own traffic from facebook (you would not do it to amazon, as you cant build your list from amazon)... Cons? Well, you won't get easy organic sales like on Amazon just from having shopify store. So still you need to drive some traffic to get it going! but it works, I know many people sell their own products on shopoify not just dropshippers!

It's very rare to get bad review removed.. Usually it's better to prevent them like we teach in the course.. see video about negative feedback removal.. Also read https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html/?nodeId=12177361
Also dont over sweat about bad reviews, it's natural for any good product to have 1-2 one-star reviews, nobody is perfect and your customer don't expect just 5 start reviews, it might even look suspicious and fake.

i am quite confused with driving traffic i keep hearing multiple people say different things do you recommend i start with Instagram influencers or FB ads? if FB ads do i start with conversion Ads and make multiple ad variations with one interest per variation? You can do both of course, no need to limit just to one source.
FB ads I made several videos showing step by step what to do, yes start with multiple ad variations with one interest per variaton and see which converts better and then kill bad ads and scale up good ones!
Influencers is also good. Famebit etc.
