Regardless of how good your intentions are; there will be those with selfish interests whose actions or inactions would attempt to undermine all your hard work and credibility. This is the situation with many great companies out there and Amazon, unfortunately, is no exception. These scammers are too lazy to learn how this business works; they lack the patience to build the skills for success. DON’T allow yourself to sink to their level. When you are legitimate; there will be obstacles and challenges, but you will overcome all with doggedness and persistence. "Free On Board" is a term in international commercial law specifying at what point respective obligations, costs, and risk involved in the delivery of goods shift from the seller to the buyer. Indicating "FOB port" means that the seller pays for transportation of the goods to the port of shipment, plus loading costs. The buyer pays cost of marine freight transport, insurance, unloading, and transportation from the arrival port to the final destination. The passing of risks occurs when the goods are loaded on board at the port of shipment.

How's everybody else's experience with Amazon? My planned price range is in the $30 range. Maybe better $20 or $40? or $15?

Cheaper = easier to sell but harder to profit.
Expensive = harder to sell but more profit

Stick to the golden rules. Saw the videos of the course? If your product is under $20 then BUNDLE it (or make a SET)

You don't have to be the cheapest product to compete. My best selling products are also the most expensive products in my niche. It comes down to perceived value. If people see your price is higher, give them a reason why. Make sure your packaging is not just great, It should be amazing.

1. Post top shared post (inspired message etc) and boost it to collect many COMMENTS. the engament must be FOR COMMENTS ! Very important.
like "Tell me one thing that you will trade your best friend for?"
Name your top challenge for this year?"

2. Once you have at least 100 comments on the post, run trust msg with welcome message asking something! important to ASK something. ex "Hi there! thank you for commenting my post!! By the way Whats your beloved dog name?"

3. once they reply they get collected to manychat bot automatically where you build the list, sequences etc and followup via Facebook messanger!

they use facebook api, if you dont spam or abuse i dont see why you should get in trouble... they simply post messanges in FB messanger on your behalf. Never spam and make sure you are relevant! then you'll be fine! works great for me.

Great quetion from Nasim, i wanted to share it and then my response. "This course is really inspiring me to open my own store. Can you give me one more suggestion. From your experience which one you think is better a specific product type or mixed product stores? "

There is no specific answer to this. You know Amazon itself is "everything store" and they are very successful. At the same time a lot of shopify stores are "one product only" or "one niche only". If you target specific niche (like pugs lovers, pug owners for example) then your store should have only products for pugs, because if they see the product for bulldog, they will be frustrated and leave). I hope it helps, but there is no RIGHT or WRONG way here.

I would suggest

1. If you go with "everything store" then research top competitor everything stores and make sure to sell similar products by similar prices. This will reduce chance of failure.

2. If you go specific niche, again use competitor spy tools and find out best selling products in competitor stores and duplicate them.

Hi Claudia..

Does your store (mybestfriend.store) is Everything Store or Niche Specific Store?

Claudia says at 05:24 et
It's "everything dog related store". Niche specific store would be "Dog's Frisby Store" "Pug Toy Store" or "Dog Halloween Store"

So Im new....still doing research for a niche...what I'm finding is using the Hotcakes competitor spy tool, when I do find something that I might like to sell I find out the competitor didn't get it from Aliexpress. This happens more often that not with the biggest Shopify stores. What other dropshipper might they be using?

It does not have to be only Aliexpress. Check the local dropshipping supplier video, you can also find local suppliers!
