- Question the norm: Don’t conform to the norm, always question why things are the way they are. The more you challenge the norm, the better your chances will be able at identifying problems, problems that are waiting for you to create their solutions.
- Change your perspective: when it comes to solving problems, try to view the issue from multiple dimensions, don’t be rigid in your approach. Ask questions like; “What are the consequences of not solving this problem?” “Why do I need to solve this problem?” “What are the obstacles here?” These questions will help you think things through and see the whole picture.
Like we mentioned earlier, there is no true roadmap to creative ideas, but if you can utilize these techniques, you will never find yourself short of ideas for your business or other aspects of your life.
