On February 15 and August 15 of every year, FBA conducts an inventory cleanup. On these dates, inventory that has been in Amazon fulfillment centers between six and 12 months are assessed a long-term storage fee of $11.25 per cubic foot. Items that have been in fulfillment centers for 12 months or more on the inventory cleanup date are assessed a long-term storage fee of $22.50 per cubic foot. You are responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax to a jurisdiction if you have established substantial presence in the state of delivery. Once established, you have created nexus. The threshold for this presence differs from state to state and a company’s presence in each state should be examined to determine if nexus has been established or not. A company clearly has nexus if there is a business location in the state/jurisdiction. Once you establish nexus, you are required to register as a retailer with each state before collecting sales tax for that state. I am confused with Facebook ads.. It shows on my FB ad is set I've got 15 conversions but in shopify i just got only 7 sales. WTF?

Eric. Conversions can be of multiple types. Add to cart, view content etc are all counted as conversions. hover over 15 conversions and see how they are broken down.. In short Conversion = Action. It does not mean sale.

Dont say that you are from Thailand on your store. Buy a virtual address in USA, use fiver to proofread the texts (very cheap). See the video about building credibility, it helped me a lot

Sathaporn, make sure your store looks trustworthy, follow the common steps outlined in the video lesson about building trust.
- virtual address
- phone number in US
- forwarding service (to forward returns)
- hire virtual assistant to proofread your english if you struggle with english. (on fiverr for $5)
- put trust seals
- be clear about delivery time
- provide great tracking and good customer service to keep customers happy

It's because they never get themselves a chance, they never get started, always procrastinating and delaying the start.

I get questions and complains like "I don't have time for this", "How much time do I need?" Well if you can't even find time to learn how are you supposed to build your passive income?

The beautify of Amazon and Shopify business is that once it is set, you are set "for life" with a strong passive income.

The problem? Most people don't realize it and never start!
