Just make sure you don't stuck in "research" stage for too long. When I started I kept researching far too long and missed a hot summer sale season for my summer products. There is never ideal product with no competition and perfect conditions. Just TAKE ACTION and START SELLING!

What about long waiting time with dropshipping from aliexpress?? 2-4 weeks is a lot of wait? wont there be complains and refunds?

That's not an issue as long as you don't sell on amazon or ebay and only use this method on your OWN site (shopify store). So you customer cant ruin your acc feedback with negative reviews on slow delivery time.
For amazon you should only use domestic dropshippers to avoid long waiting time.
One more tip - call the shipping "FREE". when something is free people tend to complain less. Okay it's slow but i got it for free so i will wait.

Welcome to community! You will love it here! Regarding your question - Make a deal with your supplier or get your own Fedex and DHL account. Usually a big factory that ships a lot get special deals and lower rates on shipping.

Or reach personally specific top influencers via their contact forms/fb messaging/youtube etc. Most have already ads department and managers to handle that.

BSR... BSR (best sellers rank) is how well you are ranked on amazon.. the smaller the number the better!
Ideally you must be under 10,000 BSR to get 5-10 sales per day!

I just returned back from China trip, that was such an amazing and eye opening experience to see REAL China, to break stereotypes, to meet my chinese partners, sourcing agents.

I know that combating procrastination is an important common theme here – But I think maybe you guys have forgotten how intimidating and overwhelming some of this is. Yesterday for about 6 hours I was really going though some negative emotions – Thinking no way this can work and no one is going to responded to these products I am putting up – What took me out of this funk was 1) the fact that I am starting this business for very little money 2) the realization that doing something I least had a better shot and making it than I had doing NOTHING – Might sound simplistic but that’s the edgy thinking it took for me. I think what maybe the more experienced folks here have disregard is how over whelming it can be when you can latterly chose ANYTHING for you shopify niche and product line – that is awesome and daunting all at the same time….. God I hope I get the White label level soon …LOL One last thought fear of success and fear of failure seem to go hand in hand and feed off of one another…

I have watched a lot of videos and I understand what they are telling me to do. However, I can't memorize an all the instructions. Is there a written text instruction that I can reread the instructions as I am filling out the forms? I have been putting everything on my reading list but don't know if that is enough.
