Running Successful Special Sales: How to make BIG TIME BUCKS on Christmas!

August is here and it’s time to check on your progress!

I know some of you did take action and I saw some submissions in the Critics section of Sells like hot cakes members area, so if you have not submitted there – I urge you to do it! “Critics” is a great way to get your progress reviewed by me and the community of experts which can give you valuable insights! If you are very secretive you can submit anonymously as well.

Tip of the month:

Christmas is coming soon! No joke! August is time to prepare and plan your big Christmas sales. Some products like funny mugs are very seasonal and can be sold only on Christmas, so if you plan to develop such product, it usually takes 2-3 months to get it done and take it to the market, now is the right time to start! Of course, I’ll also talk about Amazon FBA. For dropshipping, you don’t need to prepare a product, but what you need to do is prepare a section of your Shopify store to handle the sale or a special collection.

Don’t forget your Halloween special sales and Thanks giving as well!

Each special day generates awesome sales if you run a 2-3 day special.

Keep pushing and developing your products and you will succeed, I am sure! Don’t just read and learn but TAKE ACTION!

If you have any questions, let me know, I am always very responsive (I try to!)

P.S. If you enjoy the course please don’t forget to share it on Facebook and leave a review, it helps to spread the word. During the next few months, I plan to release more videos for you with real time examples of what we do!

Mike

I never give a flat rate. I always offer hourly because some months it varies and I would never to over pay

Claudia says at 22:21 et
China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, is held biannually in Guangzhou every spring and
autumn, with a history of 55 years since 1957. The Fair is a comprehensive one with the longest history, the
highest level, the largest scale, the most complete exhibit variety, the broadest distribution of overseas buyers and
the greatest business turnover in China http://www.cantonfair.org.cn/en/index.aspx

Today's marks the 5th product launch on Amazon. First product failed completely. Second was ok (4 units per day), 3rd was a flop. 4th was 20 units per day (I think i strike the gold here). Looking for a new one! So far I am making around $700 per day and looking to grow more! this stuff WORKS!

I have good success with Print On Demand T-Shirts and Mugs.. Search Tee launch and Tee spring... Best part is that you don't need to dropship - they fullfill orders for you! Hard part is to get it profitable. You must find a passionate niche. Use the Niche finder from sellslikehotcakes - see menu above

Try DOG stickers. Give them away for free and charge 2 usd for shipping. Then upsell your customers with second offer!

Nick, Jewerly is super seller. Find it cheap on aliexpress, you typically spend $1.00 per item – $1.50 to acquire a customer – $2.00 Shipping and then we sell them for $15.00 + a $19.99 upsell which converts at like 20%...

necklace+ earlings
ring then upsell earrings

make sure it is related to your passionate niche (ie dog lovers etc)

Example PUG Necklace https://www.aliexpress.com/wholesale?catId=0&initiative_id=AS_20170218084713&SearchText=pug+necklace

Does this work for residents in Australia?

Claudia says at 13:48 et
of course. You dont need to live in USA to get started.. In fact, I am not even from USA but I sell on Amazon and Shopify just fine! It does not matter where you live, it matters where you SELL.

hi Xuan, it depends on many factors. what is your store? what product you sell? what ads you run? You might want to submit your project to Critics here http://sellslikehotcakes.co/critics.php and everyone will help brainstorming it.

Hi, I have one question, maybe someone could help me: What if I work with 3 providers from Aliexpress, and I make an upsell on my store, but each product is is from a different provider. So, my customer will have this separately, will I have to tell him/her that would come in different time? (something rare that figure I think (?))

This providers offer different things for the same niche, so their product are great for an upsell for the other provider.*

Claudia says at 02:05 et
I think it does not matter if all comes same or not. People are not expecting all products to be in same pack these days, you know even with amazon many times the products are shipped separately even if you order same day.

If you do FBA then Amazon will take care of returns and refunds.
If you do dropshipping then customer can return item to your forwarding address. If the item is cheap it's easier just refund without return.

Pavel says at 13:27 et
Yes, I do understand it. Thank you. The question related to dropshipping part.

 Mike says at 03:40 et
hi Juan. It depends a lot on your niche. There are stores with just 1 or 3 products. There are stores with thousands of products. If you sell a pill or something really unique then the less products the better. IF you sell more like everything store then the more the better.

Juan says at 15:36 et
