3 Business Philosophies that will help Steer you to Tremendous SUCCESS!

Success is brought about by a myriad of skill, abilities, and talents. However, it is worth noting that regardless of the amount of talent at your disposal, you will not succeed if the execution isn’t right. The execution of any task all begins in the mind, so it is mandatory to have a healthy mindset and outlook on business before embarking on any venture.
As you journey through your business, you will pick up lessons here and there, and these experiences will help shape your precepts regarding business. The same can be said of the e-commerce business. Here are some KEY Tenets that can help guide your way and led you down the road to continuous profits!

Adapt or Die
Nothing is written in stone; there is no one right answer to any solution. Difficult situations will also pop up now and then. How you handle these problematic moments would shape the rest of your business career. Adaptation is key!
How do you adapt? By thinking outside the box, seeking help and advice from others who have encountered similar difficulties, etc. I’d be lying to you if I said the road to successful entrepreneurship was an easy one, it isn’t and to achieve your dreams in this field, you must be steadfast, proactive and willing to pay the price for success.
Those who fail to adapt eventually run out of ideas and soon their problems overwhelm them and their business crashes.
Still having trouble understanding the concept of adaptation? Then perhaps this quote from Bruce Lee would do the trick.
“Be like water making its way through cracks. Do not be assertive, but adjust to the object, and you shall find a way around or through it. If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves.
“Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle, and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot; it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow, or it can crash. Be water, my friend.”

See the BIG Picture
The BIG picture is the reason why you do what you do, where you see yourself heading to and what you want to make of your business. It is easy to get distracted and lose focus in business, but you must always remind yourself of your planned destiny and what you hope to accomplish.
This will help you ignore distractions and focus your attention on what really matters. Seeing the BIG Picture will foster dedication and trigger a sense of commitment, which will only help spur you on until you achieve your desired goal.

Continuously seek Opportunities
We live in a world of constant change and new opportunities, every day there are always new ways to do things, new products that will trend and new opportunities waiting to be explored.
Yes, so you’ve made a few sales and a couple of a hundred bucks, but that isn’t the end of the world for you now, is it?
I trust you must want to achieve more than a few thousand dollars a month; I’m sure that you have bigger dreams and ambitions than where you are currently. I’ve got news for you! You cannot bring those ideas to reality by wishful thinking, you’ve got to actively seek out new opportunities consistently, and when you find profitable ventures you must take action!
Keeping these three tenets at heart will help steer you in the RIGHT direction towards business success. Don’t relent; success only dances to the tunes of those who take action.
Take action today!

Great idea George.. The best thing is shopify is not just for dropshipping! You can sell your own products and even fullfill by amazon for your shopify sales. Check ByteStand and several other apps for AMAZON integration into shopify

What tools do you use to count your fees?

Claudia says at 19:24 et
Check Fetcher, CashCowPro and tools like that! Hope it helps! They connect directly to your amazon seller-central to fetch data and build a nice stats&charts&fees page.

My advice for people who are not successful with dropshipping/shopify - remember its not just about the product but the ads strategy!without building REAL community cold traffic ads just don't work to the cold traffic. I see others who are successful with dropshipping among my partners do a serious community and devote great effort into building it (like baby / moms community) or funny products community.
paying just for clicks to cold traffic with no community just does not work, no matter how hard you work or how much you test! So my advice is first build a facebook community before paying for facebook ads. there is some great video about it in the sells like hot cakes course in the end of the shopify mastery.

HOW DO I manage customer returns?

3
Claudia says at 04:49 et
Ricardo, in case of FBA then Amazon will handle everything (returns, refunds). In case of drop shipping, I suggest to buy a virtual forwarding address in USA where customers can send returns and it forwards it to you later.

Thanks Claudia! , I am starting with dropshipping aliexpress and shopify. My store is about Rock Music (t-shirts and accesories) I have a fan page with +3 Million fans (fb.com/elrockescultura.org) but they are almost everyone from MEXICO, so epacket here it does not work so well, I tested posting one product, (without ads, pixel, autoresponder, analytics, chatbots, retargeting, etc) and we sold 20 items in 3 days, but 15 from Mexico. So what idea do you know around how can I will manage returns?? thank you!

Tshirts you can ship using tspring or t-launch app for shopify or even Merch if you use amazon. you dont need to ship tshirts from china.
I suggest to post your store for critics and we all can post more suggestions. It's hard to suggest blindly.

How current is the information on the FBA fees and top sellers/total sales? I have another product that I am using and there is a big varience between the numbers.

 Mike says at 16:31 et
Its auto updating Clay. It will be alwayas a varience as there is no right or wrong way to calculate it, the real numbers only Amazon know.. What we or Jungle scout do is just approximation based on BSR to get an educated guess on sales

i am quite confused with driving traffic i keep hearing multiple people say different things do you recommend i start with Instagram influencers or FB ads? if FB ads do i start with conversion Ads and make multiple ad variations with one interest per variation? Just need some clear direction. Thanks

 Mike says at 11:47 et
You can do both of course, no need to limit just to one source.
FB ads I made several videos showing step by step what to do, yes start with multiple ad variations with one interest per variaton and see which converts better and then kill bad ads and scale up good ones!
Influencers is also good. Famebit etc.
